At my work!

Today I was practising new songs for ballet classes and made some new photos. 

I really like my job, studio's where are ballet classes taking place and piano's! 

Here is a photo report of my practise  and my still winter outfit!

          It is almost spring but I am still wearing grey and black. Let's hope it is gonna be warm soon.

I am going to play this great music during ballet classes. This music was played on the opening and               clothing of the Olimpic Games! This is a Valse from the Sovjet Composer Aram Khachaturian,composed for the drama "Bal-Maskarad" written by M.Lermontov.

Today is the first working day after a holidays and for those who haven't seen me today my outfit is ;-):

Hallo my Dear readers!
Let me present to you a very powerful super food! 
It always gives me a lot of energy. It is better to eat it in the middle of the day, but if you spend a lot of energy in the mornings( and piano playing needs a lot of energy)) than you can eat it for your breakfast.
So, ingredients are: row wheat and rye, nuts, dry fruits and honey. Better biological! It is worth to try!

Let me introduce myself and say more about my new blog!

I am Russian jazz pianist and composer who is working and living in The Netherlands. I like fashion and follow healthy life style. I don't smoke, drink, eat meat and fast food. I avoid sugar and prepared food. I buy mostly natural and bio products and cosmetic. I try to find organic fabrics as organic or bio cotton and linen. 

I like to wear clothes from designers like Marni, Maison Martin Margiela, Phillip Lim, Alexander Wang, Jean Paul Gaultier, Isabel Marant, Moscino, Marc Jacobs, Christian Louboutin, Ralph Lauren. 

I also like clothes from the great fashion brands like All saints, Sandro Paris, Maje, J Brand. 

And of course Italian shoes)!
